About
Neoatlantis Lab is a collective which imagines underwater cities resilient to climate upheaval. In addition to producing images, the collective, made up of artists and architects, is building scenarios to support this utopia.

In neuroscience, "synaptic plasticity" is the ability of synapses to strengthen or weaken over time, in response to increases or decreases in their activity. Since memories are postulated to be represented by vastly interconnected neural circuits in the brain, synaptic plasticity is one of the important neurochemical foundations of learning and memory (see Hebbian theory).
This work was produced with the use of AI software, by training the model of SD on specific narrations, science and art, to simulate and visualise the ability of synapses on neural networks.

In Neoatlantis, the convergence of AI, robotics, and blockchain technology represents more than just a technological marvel—it is a testament to humanity's resilience and adaptability in the face of unprecedented challenges. What is possible when innovation and determination collide ?
These works, at the edge of art and scientific foresight, explores AI's capacity to respond to the problems caused by natural disasters, and more generally to propose new terms for responsible progress.
Since AI is fed from existing data, can it be capable of proposing unprecedented solutions? Can it be a visionary? Can it think beyond what has already been conceived?

In a dystopian future, the analysis, synthesis and prediction capabilities of AI would help optimize the use of natural resources and reduce carbon emissions. Blockchain technology would promote the decentralization of decision-making processes and the transparency of information for greater accountability. Technology, nomadism, leisure and creativity - cornerstones of the Web3 generation - would reign.

"But afterwards there occurred violent earthquakes and floods; and in a single day and night of misfortune all your warlike men in a body sank into the earth, and the island of Atlantis in like manner disappeared in the depths of the sea. For which reason the sea in those parts is impassable and impenetrable, because there is a shoal of mud in the way; and this was caused by the subsidence of the island." Plato's late dialogues
How could Artificial Intelligence dive into mythology and philosophy ?
